The YL012 combines a payload of 12kg, which is rare in collaborative use, with a range of 1,305mm, in an appealing and excellent (Red Dot award 2019) design.

Not only form but also function is guaranteed by features such as the status lighting integrated into the design, which is visible from afar, or the avoidance of crushing opportunities thanks to the curved arms.

The high payload makes it interesting for applications where heavier components or more complex and thus also heavier end effectors are used.

A repeat accuracy of + 0.1mm and various mounting options (if required also on self-propelled carriers), plus an uncomplicated connection of the end effectors makes it a universal supporter for many tasks.

It is programmed using the teach pendant’s touch display or, alternatively, using functional buttons directly on the arm.

This allows the user to make quick and easy program adjustments at any time.
